Lady Members competitions are held every Thursday and Saturday. Thursday events to be played in 3 divisions provided sufficient entries are received.

A 9-hole competition is held each Tuesday.

On Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays, Lady Members may play in the 18 Hole Competition arranged by the Match Committee.

Time Sheets for all competitions are displayed at the Clubhouse. Players shall be responsible for acquainting themselves with the conditions under which competitions are to be played. conditions are displayed on the Lady Members' Notice Board.

The Match Committee reserves the right to alter the fixture if deemed necessary.

Club Championship

Club Championship:          

Open to all financial lady members.  To qualify, competitors must play two 18 hole stroke rounds.  Four best scores to qualify for match play.  In the event of tied “Gross” scores, play-off holes, via sudden death (stroke play) will be 10th, 11th and 18th, for all qualifying positions.  Minor Championships to be played in conjunction with Club Championship.  Best Net Aggregate over qualifying rounds. Players will remain in divisions as first entered, irrespective of handicap changes during the course of the competition.                                                                                 
Entries close on Tuesday 31st August at noon.    

Veterans

Net Aggregate Event over two rounds: 9th and 16th September.  Thelma Henry Trophy

Eclectic

Commences 18th February. Final Round 7th October                                                           

        Two's, Three's Competition: 2 Divisions.

Stella Madden's Stableford Event:

Best five scores over Stableford competition rounds.

History - Stella was a foundation member of the Club, joining Curlewis from East Geelong. She was a member of the inaugural Ladies’ Committee in 1971/72 and is still very involved in the Club.

Norma Blackman's Aggregate

History - Norma was a foundation member and held the Offices of Lady President 1977 to 1979 and Lady Secretary 1984/85. Her interest in Curlewis Golf Club continues.

History - Mrs Margaret (Gretta) Volum, a foundation member of Curlewis, donated a trophy for a singles match play knockout competition for Lady members. Gretta was a generous benefactor of the Club and in recognition of her contribution was awarded a Life Membership of Curlewis in November 1974.

History - This event was named in honour of Mrs Uttley-Moore in 1992. Beatrice joined Curlewis as a foundation member in 1970 and was the first Lady President. She was elected as a Life Member in 2003.

Best scores returned for Ladies in: nett Stroke, Stableford and Par rounds. In the event of a tie, the WGA Countback system will apply.

Trophies for Ladies will be presented on Presidents/Captains Day in May the following year.
